Thanksgiving Meal Lunch Payment Message from Aramark

Students who ate the Thanksgiving meals at JJES on 11/26/24 will have this meal “ring up” on 12/7/24.  This is being processed this way because the month of November was closed out before we could insert the students that ate lunch on this date.  We want you to communicate this to you to help with any confusion.

 

JJES Clothes Closet

Please keep us in mind when donating your gently used children’s clothing.  We are always in need of a variety of boys and girls clothing.  Our biggest need right now is pants!

 

PTO Popcornopolis Update

There was a delay in delivery.  We look for the popcorn to arrive early next week.  We hope to have it all distributed to families by Friday, Dec. 13th.  More information to come!

 

Scholastic Book Fair- Dec. 9-13

The Scholastic Book Fair will be at JJES the week of December 9-13.  All students will visit the book fair on their scheduled class visit.  Only students with money to purchase items will be able to visit the Book Fair on Friday.  Classroom Visit Book Fair Schedule

We are also in need of parent volunteers to help work our Book Fair.  Please sign up on the Sign Up Genius form, if interested.  You MUST have a limited background check on file to volunteer. 

Students are able to bring cash to purchase items at the Book Fair, but families can also set up an EWallet account to deposit money for students to spend at the Book Fair.  If you are interested in using EWallet, please click the EWallet Link.  

 

Charlestown High School Theater Presents Footloose- This Weekend

This is sure to be a high energy show with fun, memorable music!  We hope to see you there!  Tickets will be sold at the door.  Adults- $10, Students- $5 (cash only).
