JJES Pirate Family,PTO Fundraiser: Kona Ice- Friday, September 22ndThe PTO will have a Kona Ice Fundraiser on the following dates during recess: September 22nd. All purchases MUST be made online before 8:00 AM on the day of the fundraiser.

Do you play a musical instrument? If so, we’d love to highlight your talents before our Home Basketball games this school year! Our Speech coordinator will be celebrating this fun day with our students during the first few minutes of recess with an optional, fun lesson on How to Talk Like a Pirate! This group of students will be learning songs and speaking parts to honor our veterans for a Veteran’s Day Program on November 10th and to perform Christmas carols during Light Up Charlestown on November 24 in Greenway Park.Charlestown Youth Basketball LeagueCHS basketball teams are sponsoring a youth league. There will be 4 games on Sundays and 4 practices on Wednesdays and the cost will be $60. This is for youth grades K-6 and the deadline for sign ups is Friday, October 13th. Students can pick up permission slips from the front office.
